Do you have to visit the property?
No. Everything is done remotely from the photos you send. There's no shoot day to schedule and no crew coming to the property.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your existing listing photos, the property address, the square footage, and a short list of the features you most want highlighted. The clearer the photos, the better the final video.
How much does a video cost?
The base rate is $100 per 1,000 square feet — so an 800 sq ft condo is $80 and a 2,500 sq ft home is $250. Add-ons like music, branding and rush turnaround are quoted on top. Use the slider in the pricing section for an estimate.
What formats do I get back?
Every walkthrough is delivered in both vertical and horizontal, so you're ready for social feeds and for listing sites without any extra editing on your end.
Who owns the video?
