1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you (the "client") and Foyer & Co. They apply when you request a quote, place an order, or use this website. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. Our services

Foyer & Co. produces short-form, AI-generated walkthrough videos from listing photos and details you provide. Work is done remotely; we don't visit properties. Deliverables, formats and add-ons are described in your written quote.

3. Quotes & pricing

Our base rate is $100 per 1,000 square feet of the property, and add-ons (such as music, on-screen text, branded intro/outro and rush turnaround) are priced separately. Estimates shown on this website — including the pricing calculator — are approximate. The price that applies to your project is the one we confirm in writing in your quote before work begins.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate property details and usable photos.
• Review drafts and give feedback within a reasonable time.
• Make sure any claims you ask us to display (price, square footage, features) are accurate.

5. Photo rights & content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all photos and materials you send us, and that we may use them to produce your video. You are responsible for any third-party rights (for example, a photographer's copyright in listing photos). You agree that Foyer & Co. is not liable for claims arising from materials you provide, and this is an important condition of our service.

6. Ownership of the finished video

Once your project is paid in full, you receive a license to use the finished video across your listings, marketing and social channels. Until full payment, all drafts and deliverables remain the property of Foyer & Co. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display finished work in our own portfolio and marketing; email us if you'd like your project kept private.

7. Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. We may require a deposit before starting. Invoices are due by the date stated on them. We may pause or stop work on overdue accounts.

8. Revisions & turnaround

We want you to be happy with the result and will work with you on reasonable revisions to the video as ordered; substantial changes beyond the original brief may be quoted as additional work. Turnaround times are estimates unless you've purchased a rush option with a specific deadline. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is". We don't guarantee any particular business result, such as a sale, lease or number of views. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foyer & Co.'s total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Foyer & Co. harmless from claims, damages and costs arising from the materials you provide, your use of the videos, or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Ohio, unless the law requires otherwise.
