2. Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data that any website receives.
Information you provide
- Inquiry details — your name, email address, optional phone number, property type and size, and any message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Project materials — listing photos, addresses and property details you send us so we can produce your video.
Our website contact form does not store anything on the site itself. When you submit it, it opens your own email application with the details filled in, and your message reaches us as an ordinary email.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and we do not run tracking scripts. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse. We do not use this to identify or profile you.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and standard request data. See Google's privacy policy for details. If you would prefer we self-host fonts so no request goes to Google, let us know.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote.
- To produce, revise and deliver the video you order.
- To send invoices and keep basic business records.
- To keep the website secure and functioning.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Our legal bases
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: your consent (when you submit an inquiry), the performance of a contract (to deliver a service you've ordered), and our legitimate interests (to run and secure our business). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Sharing & service providers
We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Our email provider, to receive and reply to your messages.
- Our website host and content-delivery provider, to serve the site.
- Professional advisors or authorities, where we are legally required to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
6. Property photos you send us
We treat the photos and property details you send as confidential to your project. We use them only to create your video and we do not license them to anyone else. You confirm that you have the right to share these materials with us (see our Terms & Conditions). We may keep a copy of finished videos in a private portfolio as described in our Terms; tell us if you'd prefer we don't.
7. How long we keep data
We keep inquiry emails and project files for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below), subject to records we're required to keep.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of any sale of personal information (we don't sell it). To exercise any right, email Business@foyerusa.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to limit who can access it.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. Our site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
